1. Please inform us of ANY food allergies or sensitivities
(i.e. Dairy, Milk, Eggs, Soy, Fish, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Shellfish, Wheat)
2. Minimum order quantity is 5 meals for our Meal Plan Foodie Friends.
5 meals = 5 Lunch
10 meals = 5 Lunch, 5 Dinner
15 Meals 5 Breakfast, Lunch Dinner
3. Microwave your meal at least 2 Minutes.
We suggest freezing any meals you will not eat within 72 hours (3 days).
If purchasing 10 or more meals, We suggest freezing at least 4 meals.
Thaw any meals you need the day before consuming.
